She is very flexible and willing to work with your needs. We ordered the Quinoa Feta Cranberry Salad with her famous sweet onion dressing, Spicy Tuna Parfaitstuna was very fresh, Apricot Chili Chicken Brie puff pastry, Guava Chicken Sliders, Balsamic Shoyu Rib Eye Steak sliced. “ This is definitely a hole in the wall but worth the trip up the hill. The atmosphere around the place is a bit sad since the mall it is adjacent to has had better days but the food is great. I love their moco loco and their shave ice is delicious. Recommend calling your order ahead and picking up to go. ”
“ This was the first time trying Hawaiian food for me. I didnt know what expect and I loved it! The place itself is very nice, a familyowned cafe. I had the shaved ice with coconut and guava flavors. I never thought that shaved ice can taste so good! When Im in LA again, Ill definitely come back ”
“ USA Hawaii Excerpt from Eat the World Los Angeles Just like reaching for the most colorful candy in the checkout lane of the grocery, the LavaLava 5.99 stood out from the top of the list like a shiny object. The filtered ice is topped with sugarcane and coconut syrups, then a nice molten flow of dark chocolate and strawberry syrup. A big scoop of vanilla ice cream rests on the top and chips of hard chocolate surround it all. It easily succeeded in making a hot weather visit get on the to do list. ”
